Smurfs: The Lost Village is coming to theaters in a few weeks (April 7th) and will have some real star power in the voice talent department. Demi Lovato will voice Smurfette, Ariel Winter as SmurfLily, Meghan Trainor as SmurfMelody among many others. To us this seems like it is going to be one of those movies that has a successful toy line attached to it as the classic toy line did so well with kids back in the 1980s.
Smurfs: The Lost Village Toys are coming and we have a look at the items that Jakks Pacific will be releasing soon. Everything besides the Sky High Smurf is finalized and the plush toys, both Talking Feature Plush and 8-inch plush variety look really well done. Would have liked to see a few other Talking Plush characters but maybe in the future if they do well. The Smurfs and Animal friends paired up with the Mushroom House Playsets mean that kids can have all sorts of fun adventures in the land of the Smurfs. Another girl Smurf in Smurflily looks to be an interesting addition to the Smurf line.
